Hockey legends Bobby and Brett Hull took part in the ceremonial puck drop prior to Tuesday's Winter Classic at Busch Stadium between the St. Louis Blues and the visiting Chicago Blackhawks. Just one problem: they went out to center ice without a puck.
That led to an awkward moment with Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews and Blues captain Alex Pietrangelo posing for cameras while the Hulls begged for someone to give them a puck. Eventually a referee bailed them out by skating over with two pucks, and the ceremony continued.
The NHL made a great choice in team ambassadors for the Winter Classic, as Bobby Hull played 15 years with the Chicago Blackhawks, while Brett Hull played 10 years with the St. Louis Blues.
