New York Jets wide receiver Robbie Anderson accidentally spiked the ball into the face of New England Patriots cornerback Johnson Bademosi during the third quarter of Sunday's NFL regular season finale at Gillette Stadium.
Anderson caught a pass out of bounds while Bademosi was standing on the sideline wearing a coat to protect him from the sub-zero wind chills. Anderson expressed some frustration by spiking the football into the ground, and the ball bounced right into Bademosi's face. Fortunately, Bademosi was wearing a helmet, but after snapping his head back when the ball hit him, he gave a little extra effort in attempting to draw a foul on Anderson with a delayed flop to the ground.

No foul was called on Anderson, which was a bit surprising considering two officials were right there to see it.
