The Phoenix Suns pulled off a surprising inbounds play in the last second of Tuesday night's game that sealed the win against Memphis and left the Grizzlies wondering what had just happened.
With 0.6 seconds left, Suns center Dragan Bender threw an alley oop pass towards the basket to Tyson Chandler, who caught the ball right above the rim and threw it down over Grizzlies big man Brandan Wright for the game winner.
According to NBA rules, there was no goaltending on the play because it was not a shot attempt, so the basket counts. We haven't seen that before, but something tells us we might see a lot more of it in the future.
