The Denver Nuggets came up with an interesting idea to encourage fans to boo as the visiting San Antonio Spurs were shooting free throws during the fourth quarter of Friday's game at the Pepsi Center:

It seems that the Nuggets were able to get more boos than they normally would, along with a few laughs.
The Nuggets were able to hold on for a 122-119 victory over the Spurs, so it could be argued that the strategy worked. We'll see if it's something the Nuggets stick with for the rest of the season.
