Cincinnati Reds pitcher Homer Bailey committed the strangest balk of all time during Monday night's game against Cleveland.
It happened in the fourth inning with no outs and runners on first and second. After checking the runners, Bailey went through his full pitching motion, but forgot to take the ball out of his glove.
Hard to tell exactly what happened there, but it's been that kind of year for Bailey. He was able to get out of the inning without giving up any runs, but the Indians took control in the sixth and won the game 10-3. Bailey fell to 1-10 for the season.
