Texas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor mimed teammate Elvis Andrus as he threw to first base on a double play during Thursday's Opening Day game against the Chicago Cubs.
It happened in the top of the third with no outs and a Cubs runner on base. Cubs batter Mark Zaguins hit a grounder to Andrus at shortstop, who fielded the ball, stepped on second and threw to first to complete the double play. However, while making a throw to first, Odor mimed the throw by Andrus in perfect unison.
Good to see that the Rangers are looking to have some fun out there. Odor went 1-for-4 and Andrus went 3-for-4 with a home run and 2 RBI, but the Rangers lost to the Cubs 12-4.
