NASCAR driver Dillon Bassett crashed into the back of a sweeper truck during a caution late in Saturday's U.S. Cellular 250 Xfinity Series race at Iowa Speedway.
The sweeper truck was on the inside of the track and kicked up a lot of dust, impacting the vision of drivers near the corner of the track heading into pit row. Bassett took the turn a bit tight and couldn't see the truck until it was too late. He made a last-minute attempt to swerve around the truck, but to no avail.
Naturally, the crash knocked Bassett out of the race. That's some terrible luck right there. According to the official results, Bassett finished 26th in the race.
