Supreme Court justice Elena Kagan attended Wednesday night's Washington Nationals game at Nationals Park against Miami.
The Nationals television crew found her in the crowd in the middle of the fifth inning.
Kagan was able to catch a good game, as the Nationals beat the Marlins 3-1.
