Pro tennis player Naomi Osaka threw the ceremonial first pitch at Wednesday's Los Angeles Dodgers game against the LA Angels.
Osaka was a guest of the Dodgers as they held "Japan Night", an annual celebration of the Japanese American community. Osaka was born in Japan and is currently the second-ranked women's tennis player in the world, having won the 2018 US Open and the 2019 Australian Open tournaments.
Osaka appeared a bit nervous prior to throwing the pitch, but she managed a decent throw to home plate.
We would agree with the Dodgers PA announcer who stated "That's an ace!"
