New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman tweeted a video inspiring fans with a remake of the title sequence from the classic television series "Cheers".
As TV fans know, "Cheers" was based in Boston and the theme was "Where Everybody Knows Your Name". On Friday, Edelman tweeted "Foxboro: Where Everybody Knows Your Name" with the video attached.
The song was unaltered, but the video opens with an overhead view of Gillette Stadium.Foxboro: “Where Everybody Knows Your Name” pic.twitter.com/0AAj1p0Tql

In the rest of the video, the faces from the original "Cheers" title sequence are replaced with photoshopped faces of Pats players, along with head coach Bill Belichick and owner Robert Kraft. Edelman plays the role of the bartender. The name "Cheers" is replaced with "Foxboro" in the middle of the clip.
Overall, it's pretty funny. Hopefully there are no copyright issues here, but we're sure Edelman had some lawyers take care of those details before doing this.
