Atlanta Braves right fielder
Joc Pederson wrapped up Friday night's
6-5 victory over the visiting San Francisco Giants with an incredible catch on the warning track to end the game.
It happened in the top of the ninth with two outs and nobody on as Giants batter
Tommy LaStella hit a 1-1 fastball deep to right field. Pederson ran to the warning track, leaped against the outfield wall, reached behind his back and made the catch. He bounced off the wall and fell on his back, but held onto the ball for the final out to end the game.
Pederson's clutch play pumped up the hometown fans, and the victory allowed the Braves to keep their 5 1/2 game lead in the National League East division.
