It happened in the first quarter with the Packers leading 7-3 as the Vikings had a 2nd and 10 on the Packers 45-yard line. Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins threw a deep pass to Jefferson, who ran a deep hook towards the sideline. The ball was a bit underthrown and Jefferson tried to get his hands on it, but Alexander was all over him and the pass fell incomplete. Alexander decided to rub it in by dancing away from Jefferson with the "Griddy" dance, which CBS play-by-play man Jim Nantz got a big kick out of.
This certainly isn't the first time that an NFL player has been taunted with their trademark dance, and we're sure it will not be the last. Interestingly, no unsportsmanlike conduct penalty was called on Alexander.Jaire Alexander just did the griddy in Justin Jefferson's face. pic.twitter.com/kjJ3ygl7gp

It was that kind of day for Jefferson, who finished with only one catch for 15 yards on 5 targets as the Vikings were blown out by the Packers 41-17. Although the Vikings are 12-4, they have a -19 point differential for the season, placing doubts on how far they can go in the playoffs.
