We are not kidding, and it is as bizzare as it sounds.
It happened about four minutes into the second half with Loyola holding a 40-37 lead. As Loyola had the ball in the corner of the court, an Uber Eats driver holding a bag of McDonald's and a drink just casually strolls onto the court looking for the customer who placed the order. The driver appeared to be asking the closest referee where the customer was and the referee waved him off. Meanwhile, as this was happening, play on the court continued as Loyola turned the ball over and Duquesne attempted a fast break towards the other end of the court.
After Duquesne missed a three-pointer and Loyola grabbed the rebound, the officials stopped the game to restore order and the delivery person was ushered off the court.Officials just stopped the Loyola Chicago-Duquesne game because an Uber Eats driver was delivering McDonald’s on the court:pic.twitter.com/HY4Hs8NVci

We have so many questions. Was it the referee who placed the order? Were there not enough food choices inside the arena? How was the driver supposed to find the fan who ordered the food out of the hundreds of people inside? And, of course, where was security to keep outsiders off the court?
In the end, Duquesne came back to win 72-58, so maybe the Uber Eats guy managed to "deliver" some good luck to the home team.
UPDATE: We found some footage from a few moments later where the Uber Eats guy is walking around the arena, presumably still looking for the customer:
