According to Catalans (via Reuters), the plan was for three bulls and two cows to walk a lap around the field as the players warmed up for a promotion geared towards "local livestock". Unfortunately, things went off the rails when one of the bulls began running out of control. The rogue bull dragged one of its handlers across the field several yards before completely breaking loose and circling towards the players, who quickly scrambled to get out of harms way.
Fortunately, the players were faster than the bull and made it off the field safely, while the bull slowed down and the handlers were able to regain control of it.WOW!!

The new warm up at @DragonsOfficiel have really been spiced up at home this season!!!#Bullsintown #SkyRL pic.twitter.com/IwYM2xqYT5
We have seen plenty of animals running on the field during sporting events over the years, but this is the first animal we have seen that had the potential to cause serious harm to the players. With that in mind, we have to wonder how someone at Catalans would have thought that having bulls on the field would be a good idea. We will venture to guess that after this incident, no other sports team will bring bulls onto the field.
