It was the first time in eight years that the mysterious men in head-to-toe green body suits had attended a game at Rogers Arena, but they were welcomed back with open arms as the public address announcer proudly proclaimed their presence in the building.

The Green Men got right back to what they do best: taunting opposing players in the penalty box. When Bruins left winger James van Riemsdyk was sent to the box for high sticking in the first period, the Green Men were muscle flexing and seductively dancing.

In overtime, when the Bruins found themselves with too many men on the ice, the Green Men teased Bruins center Trent Frederic by tossing around Eggo waffles.
The Canucks scored on that power play to beat the Bruins 3-2, so it could be said that the Green Men brought the Canucks some good luck. That hopefully means the Green Men will be attending more Canucks games in the near future.
