Jon Rahm throws 7-iron in frustration at PGA Championship
Spanish pro golfer Jon Rahm threw his club in frustration after a bad approach shot during Thursday's first round of the 2024 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky.

It happened after he hit his second shot on the 16th hole to approach the green. After he swung and saw the ball drift away from the tee, he released his anger with a reverse tomahawk throw of his 7-iron into the ground.

Rahm is no stranger to temper tantrums on the course, as he smashed a course microphone with his club during last year's PGA Championship. Hopefully one of these days he will take some anger management classes.

After hitting four bogeys in his first six holes, Rahm managed to finish the round with four birdies in his last six. He finished the round at -1, tied for 47th overall, 8 shots behind leader Xander Schauffele. We'll see how quickly Rahm can put this behind him.
