New York Mets third baseman Jose Iglesias fell to the ground while striking out swinging during Sunday night's game in Seattle.
It happened in the top of the fourth with two outs as the Mariners held a 1-0 lead. With the count 1-2, Mariners starter Luis Castillo threw a 96 mph sinker inside which he swung and missed so hard that it threw him off balance and fell to the ground on his behind.

We would guess that Iglesias was saying to himself "OMG". At least the Mariners did not mock him by playing the song over the PA system like the Angels did. Iglesias finished the game 0-for-4.
It was that kind of game for the Mets as the Mariners blew them out 12-1 to complete a three-game sweep. The Mariners are now in a virtual tie for first place with the Houston Astros in the American League West.
