Winnipeg Jets left winger Nikolaj Ehlers tossed a puck to a young fan prior to Wednesday night's NHL preseason game against Edmonton.
The girl held a sign against the glass with a message "It's my first NHL game! Will you trade a chocolate bar for a puck?" Ehlers happily complied by tossing the puck over the glass to her. From what we can see, he didn't even need the chocolate bar in return.

We have seen NHL players trade their sticks for candy before. The younger NHL fans seem to be in tune with what the players like to snack on. The players know that they have fans for life by giving stuff away, so it's a win-win for everyone.
Ehlers went on to score a goal in the first period. The Jets beat the Oilers 6-1.
