Carolina Panthers rookie wide receiver Xavier Legette celebrated his first NFL touchdown by "riding a horse" during Sunday's game against Cincinnati.
It came with just over a minute remaining before halftime as the Bengals led the Panthers 14-7. The Panthers had 1st and Goal on the Bengals 8-yard line. Quarterback Andy Dalton took the shotgun snap, faked a handoff, rolled out to his left and passed to Legette, who was a step ahead of defender Geno Stone in the end zone. Stone dove to knock down the pass but was unable to reach it as Legette caught it for the 8-yard touchdown reception to tie the game at 14-14.
After tossing the ball aside, Legette began pretending to ride a horse to celebrate his accomplishment.

Nothing wrong with this celebration, which seemed like a lot of fun. No taunting the other team and, more importantly, no guns drawn. That's a big no-no this year.
Legette finished the game with 6 catches for 66 yards, along with 2 runs for 10 yards. Unfortunately, the Bengals responded to Legette's touchdown with a TD of their own, and they took control of the game in the second half to beat the Panthers 34-24.
