Seattle Kraken goaltender Joey Daccord suffered an embarrassing moment when he fell while celebrating Saturday night's 2-1 overtime win in Calgary with his teammates.
It happened as Kraken right winger Jordan Eberle scored the game-winning goal 48 seconds into overtime. As Eberle's teammates skated over to congratulate him, Daccord decided to skate the full length of the ice to join them. His plan was to jump on the shoulders of his Kraken teammates as they embraced in a circle together.
Unfortunately, things did not go according to a plan, leading to a hilarious celebration fail as Daccord bounced right off his teammates' shoulders, falling right over onto the ice.

Daccord got right back up and was perfectly fine, aside from maybe a bruised ego, so it's OK for us to laugh. He is lucky, as we have seen athletes hurt themselves while celebrating before.
The Kraken are now 4-2-0 after six games, with the Flames a point ahead of them at the top of the Pacific Division.
