Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass may have kicked one of the worst missed extra point attempts in NFL history during Monday night's NFL game against the New York Jets.
It happened with 6:54 remaining in the second quarter after wide receiver Mack Hollins caught an 8-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Josh Allen to give the Bills a 13-10 lead. On the extra point attempt, the snap and hold looked good, but to say Bass hooked it wide left would be an understatement.
It was so far wide left that the ESPN MNF broadcast team couldn't help but make fun of how bad it was.
Joe Buck: Bass. No chance. That was just weird.

Troy Aikman: I don't think the wind had anything to do with that one.
Buck: I've seen better kicks than that on "College GameDay." What the heck was that? https://t.co/sZsrBh1WvI pic.twitter.com/P2V8ltkID1

Joe Buck has a point, as for two weeks in a row on College GameDay, college students have won $100K by kicking a 33-yard field goal, which is the equivalent of an extra point these days. Both were on second chance attempts, but even their missed attempts were not as bad as this attempt by Bass.
Bass rebounded to successfully make the extra point on the next Bills touchdown later in the quarter. At halftime, the Bills led the Jets 20-17.
