Fighting broke out between several players at Ohio Stadium after Saturday afternoon's game where the Michigan Wolverines beat Ohio State in the latest chapter of "The Game".
Michigan kicked a field goal with under 45 seconds left to take a 13-10 lead, and Ohio State was unable to get a first down on their final offensive possession. After the game, things got chippy as several skirmishes broke out between players on both sides.

Just as things appeared to be calming down, one of the Michigan players brought the University of Michigan school flag around and tried to plant it at midfield. However, one of the Ohio State players ripped it away and threw it on the ground, leading to a huge scrum at midfield as players went at each other while coaches tried to separate them.

Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day already had reason to be unhappy, but he looked even more disgusted as he watched what was transpiring.

Ohio State has been on the receiving end of several disrespectful acts this year, but the previous incidents happened during the game while this happened when the game was over. Not sure what started the fighting, but there was no need for Michigan to try and rub it in by planting the flag as that just escalated things.
Michigan earned a quality win today against their biggest rival, but unfortunately the postgame fighting overshadowed their big moment.
