Omaha Mavericks associate men's basketball coach Kyan Brown celebrated Saturday's 87-80 victory over South Dakota State by kicking a trash can in the locker room.
Brown brought a small trash can into the locker room and placed on the "O" logo in the middle of the floor and asked the players to give him some room. He then lined up for a football-style "field goal attempt" by taking two steps back and one to his left, then approached the trash can and kicked it into the wall. Brown was then "congratulated" by the players.

It was not a hard kick, so there appeared to be no damage to the trash can or the wall. In the grand scheme of things, this is pretty tame, as we have seen coaches "crowdsurfing" in the locker room after big wins.
Since this video is coming from the official Omaha men's basketball social media account, we would guess that this was cleared for public viewing, unlike some IG live videos posted by players that did not get signed off on.
With the victory, the Omaha Mavericks are now 4-0 in Summit Conference play (10-9 overall). Their next game is Wednesday against Denver.
