Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic sank a near full-court buzzer-beater during Thursday night's NBA game against Sacramento.
It happened after Kings point guard De'Aaron Fox hit a 3-pointer to cut the Nuggets lead to 107-85 with 1.7 seconds left in the third period. Jokic took the inbounds pass, turned and heaved the ball towards the basket on the other end of the court. Incredibly, Jokic hit nothing but net.

There's nothing like a big man hitting a long range buzzer-beater. What was strange here, however, is that the TV broadcast crew in this clip had absolutely no reaction to it. They shrugged it off like it was no big deal.
The Kings tried to make things interesting in the fourth quarter, but it was too little, too late as the Nuggets beat the Kings 132-123. Jokic posted a triple-double, leading the Nuggets with 35 points, 22 rebounds and 17 assists. The Nuggets extended their winnig streak to 4 games.
UPDATE: To be more accurate with the actual distance of Jokic's throw: He was 22 feet from the midpoint of the free throw line and about 3 feet from sideline, which would make the shot about 70 feet 6 inches from that spot to the center of the opposing rim. The flight distance would be about 74 feet 9 2/3 inches. (H/T @TheBoyzDad.) Our original figure of 66 feet came from ESPN play-by-play of the game.
