Draymond Green elbows Alperen Sengun in face, gets technical foul (Video)

Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green was given a technical foul for elbowing Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun in the face during Sunday night's NBA game at the Chase Center.

It happened as the Rockets were lining up to inbound the ball from the baseline behind the Warriors basket with a minute left in the second quarter and the game tied at 47. Sengun was trying to position himself near the key, but Green was shoving and elbowing him as if the game was live. An official came over to Green to warn about the excessive contact, with Green arguing that he was just fighting for his spot on the floor. At that point, he threw an elbow behind him that got Sengun in the face. All the officials saw it, and Green was called for a technical.

Green is known for his temper tantrums and excess physicality, leading to numerous technical fouls over the years. The Warriors have been willing to put up with him, but this act is getting a little old.

In the end, karma came back to bite Green and the Warriors as the Rockets won the game 106-96 for their third straight win.
