San Francisco Giants starter Logan Webb could not contain his laughter when a loud fart was heard during his postgame press conference following their 2-0 loss to the Los Angeles Angels.
Webb had a solid outing, giving up only 2 runs on 4 hits while striking out 12 batters with no walks in six innings of work. After the game, reporters were in the locker room asking him about his performance when someone (presumably one of his Giants teammates) released a couple of loud farts. Webb tried to keep a straight face, but then completely lost it. He was apologetic to the reporters.

And he's right. George Carlin did a whole routine about farts once (you can find it on Youtube, but don't watch with kids in the room). In fact, when Jim Leyland stepped down as Tigers manager back in 2013, he told a hilarious fart joke in his farewell press conference. You can never go wrong with a fart joke.
It's unfortunate that the Giants offense was unable to help him out. At least they were able to "cheer him up" afterwards. However, inquiring minds want to know who the culprit was who "dealt it". Hopefully we will find out soon.
