With the news that the Los Angeles Lakers released Metta World Peace via the amnesty clause, people are wondering where he will end up next. On Thursday, World Peace tweeted some ideas about his future, including the very interesting idea of retiring from the NBA to play hockey.
After World Peace sent out a Tweet on Thursday saying "I'm playing for the LA Kings", the Kings followed up on Friday with a Tweet featuring a mock photo of a World Peace Kings jersey.
The caption with the photo said "Stay tuned for On-Sale date. These will go fast!". Will it happen? Stay tuned.
